Y.A.G.S. Meeting Minutes
May 3rd, 2009

1. Devotions were read by Katie Tomlinson
2. Minutes from the April meeting were read by Chris McPhearson
3. No treasurer’s report was given due to the absence of Josh Isaacs.
4. New Business
   1. The Red Sox game is still being planned for either June 1st or July 10th. Portia Tomlinson will contact Kent Cartner to confirm the date.
   2. The trip to Busch Gardens is being planned for the second week in July, sometime between the 7th and 12th.
   3. A trip to the movies to watch the new Harry Potter movie will be planned during the week of the 15th of July.
   4. A lock-in has been planned for the 29th and 30th starting at 7:00pm.
5. Middle Aged Business
   1. Books still need to be audited as there was no convenient time last month.
6. Old business
   1. The t-shirt project has been passed onto Katie Tomlinson.
7. Other
   1. Coffee for May 17th will be setup by Portia Tomlinson. All group members present will help with the clean up.
   2. The group will not go out for lunch after the June meeting.
8. The meeting was closed with the Lord’s Prayer and the group proceeded for lunch at Macadoo’s.
