Y.A.G.S. Meeting Minutes
4-5-09

1. Devotions were read by Portia Tomlinson.
2. Minutes from the last meeting were read by Chris McPhearson.
3. The treasurer’s report was given by Josh Isaacs. The current balance is $2,452.89. We made one deposit for $387.95, and made one withdrawal for $104.42. The books will be audited before the May meeting.
4. Old Business
   1. The Y.A.G.S. web page is officially online and can be viewed at http://yags.gslcp.org.
   2. The work on the t-shirts will be started by Chris McPhearson. The t-shirts will contain the design agreed to by the group previously and a flyer will go out before printing.
5. New Business
   1. The group will go on a hike Saturday, April 11th after the Easter egg hunt if weather permits. Otherwise, an activity will be chosen at the egg hunt.
   2. Dates were given to Kent Cartner for the Red Sox game (May 8th, June 1st, and July 10th) and we are waiting to hear the final date.
   3. A Busch Gardens trip is being planned for the 2nd week in July. Youth members should discuss dates with their parents and we will decide the final dates at the next meeting.
   4. The service project at Camp Lyn Haven filled up. Other service camps will be discussed as they arrive.
   5. The Easter egg hunt will be setup on Saturday, April 11th at 9:30AM.
6. Other
   1. Coffee for April will be setup by Josh Isaacs and Daniel Cloeter and will be cleaned up by everyone.
   2. Lunch for next meeting will be at Macadoo’s.
7. The meeting was closed with the Lord’s Prayer.
