TLC has opportunities for youth of all ages:

High Seas Expedition VBS is July 26-30 - This summer, we’re setting sail for VBS fun on the HIGH SEAS! Kids will feel the sea spray on their face as sails snap overhead. They’ll experience the deep rolling waters of God’s love. It’s easily the best time they will have all summer.

is for kids in grades K–2 and their families, and it’s FUN. At monthly meetings, kids play games, do crafts, sing songs and have a blast getting to know their TLC friends.

But it’s also much more. It’s a way for your entire family to fellowship with other families at TLC. And a way for TLC to support parents like you in your goal to raise your children in a Christian home and teach them about the Lord. The are “Friends Relying on God”, and with the support of this program kids in grades 3–6 develop trusting relationships with each other that last for years to come. Also, parents of our FROGs come together to form friendships, because let’s face it—we need that as much as they do!

The FROGs meet monthly to do service projects and fun activities like laser tag, bowling, crafting, games and pizza parties. For more information contact the church office at (858) 560-8688 or e-mail   tlcsdca@sbcglobal.net .

Middle School/Confirmation Group (grades 7-8) meets every Wednesday for either Bible study and service events. A social activity is planned once a month during the school year. This group also participates in the annual Lutheran Youth Encounter "Youth Quake," which helps them grow in friendship and in faith. High School Group meets every Wednesday and Sunday for fellowship, learning and social ministry. This group also plans social activities such as "Broom Ball", Valentine Spaghetti dinner, Haunted Houses and much more. Please click on   calendar   for upcoming activities.
