Enith Bailey has served Trinity from 1969-1977 & from 1985-present. She was born and raised in Chaska, Minnesota. In 1969, she received her Bachelors Degree from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has spent her entire teaching career teaching here at Trinity.

When asked why she became a teacher, she said, "I remember this teacher looking out at our class and telling us how some day she hoped one of us would chose to be a teacher in a Lutheran School just like she was. From that day on, I've always wanted to be a teacher."
