Text Box: Words from Dr. Martin Luther
THE CARPENTER AND HIS WOOD
“He is the Carpenter, and we are the wood. His handiwork is the dear, the holy cross, which is bound to follow upon the teaching of the Gospel. He plies His tools and works on us, planes and carves us, in order to kill the old man within us.”

Text Box: THE YOUTH COMMITTEE is looking for adults to help brainstorm ideas and plan youth events. Your time commitment would only entail attending one monthly meeting, and possibly make some follow up phone calls. We try not to conflict with school events and we need parental input for this. Members would serve for a 6 month period. We meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month. Our next meeting is December 11 at 6:15 p.m.. If you have any questions, call Jonette (285-4501) or Shari Eller (285-88482)
